Our all-natural and gluten-free mango flour is upcycled from mango seed kernels in a patented process. Mango flour is environmentally sustainable as well as healthy. It is a great source of naturally-occurring antioxidants, digestive enzymes, and dietary fibre–just one serving of mango flour contains up to 25% of the Singapore-recommended daily fibre intake.

Use our mango flour as a complementary flour, replacing from 5-50% of wheat flour in your recipes, or use it as a component of your gluten-free flour mixes.
