Our all-natural and gluten-free mango-cassava flour is made from mango seed kernels and cassava root. The mango seed kernels are upcycled in a patented process.

Our mango-cassava flour is sustainable as well as healthy. It is a great source of naturally-occurring antioxidants, digestive enzymes, and dietary fibre.

Use our mango-cassava flour as a complementary flour, replacing from 5-50% of wheat flour in your recipes, or use it as a component of your gluten-free flour mixes.
