Description
Our all-natural and gluten-free mango-banana flour is made from mango seed kernels and green Cavendish or saba banana varieties. The mango seeds are upcycled in a patented process and the bananas are rejected due to ‘non-perfect’ appearance or oversupply.
This mango-banana flour is a great source of naturally-occurring antioxidants, dietary fibre, digestive enzymes, and resistant starches, while being low in soluble sugar.
Use our mango-banana flour as a complementary flour, replacing from 5-50% of wheat flour in your recipes, or use it as a component of your gluten-free flour mixes.
