Description
Our all-natural, gluten-free banana flour is upcycled from green cavendish and/or green saba bananas. These bananas are rejected from the food supply chain due to ‘non-perfect’ appearance or oversupply, and would otherwise end up in landfills. Banana flour is high in resistant starches and low in soluble sugar.
Use our banana flour as a complementary flour, replacing from 5-50% of wheat flour in your recipes, or use it as a component of your gluten-free flour mixes.
